Submergence is an instalment located in the bay of Hiroshima, 15 miles from the shore. This instalment poses as an intervention against the forces of nature, a forced move against nature itself. A move so radical that aims towards mirroring and exaggerating the effects of nuclear power on the environment. A bold statement such as lowering locally, in a specific area, the level of the water.
